Meet the Owner

Bringing over a decade of diverse experience in the dental field, I am dedicated to optimizing patient care and practice efficiency.
As the Owner & Operator of Adirondack Staffing Solutions in Glenville, NY since September 2020, I've been at the helm of managing multiple temporary dental personnel, overseeing recruitment, scheduling, insurance credentialing, billing, and fostering online presence through email marketing and social media. I am also a DANB Certified Dental Assistant.
Prior to this, I served as the Practice Manager & Treatment Plan Coordinator at a Dental Specialist Office in Upstate NY for over a decade. In this role, I excelled in treatment coordination, insurance credentialing, human resources, patient relations, and clinical assistance, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences.
My journey in dentistry began as a Front Desk Receptionist and Dental Assistant at with a periodontist on a mission to open five offices in upstate New York. I concurrently joined a general dental practice in Clifton Park, NY, where I honed my skills in patient management, clinical assistance, and administrative tasks.
Additionally, I've contributed my expertise as an Orthodontic Assistant in Saugerties, NY, while simultaneously working as a dental assistant with a general dentist in Woodstock, NY, where I provided comprehensive patient care, managed office operations, and maintained OSHA compliance.
Outside of dentistry, I've cultivated interests in landscaping, housekeeping, and education, reflecting my diverse skill set and commitment to personal growth.
Personal Journey
Born under the San Diego sun and raised amidst the vineyards of Napa Valley, I'm a Californian at heart with a love for adventure and tranquility.
After soaking in the beauty of Napa Valley through high school, I found myself drawn to the rugged landscapes and laid-back vibes of Humboldt County, where I nurtured my connection with nature until my journey led me to the bustling energy of New York in 2009.
Now, as a parent, I find joy in spending quality time with my children, imparting to them the same love for exploration and appreciation for the great outdoors that has shaped my own life.
Hiking through lush forests, paddling along serene waterways, casting a line into crystal-clear streams, carving through fresh powder on snow-covered slopes—these are the moments that fuel my spirit and invigorate my soul.
As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I find balance and harmony on and off the mat, sharing the transformative power of yoga with others and embracing its teachings of mindfulness and self-discovery.
When not on the trails or the yoga studio, you'll find me tending to my garden, nurturing life from seed to bloom, or losing myself in the rhythms of music, finding solace and inspiration in its melodies.
Let's connect and explore how my experience and passion can benefit your dental practice or staffing needs!
